Phalaenopsis Orchid
A flowering Phalaenopsis orchid — easier than its reputation suggests. Three months of bloom, then dormant, then again.

Orchids have an undeserved reputation for difficulty. Phalaenopsis (the supermarket orchid, but ours are nursery-grown) want neglect more than care: bright indirect light, weekly watering with three ice cubes, and an annual repotting in orchid bark.
What's in it
- Phalaenopsis hybrid in our chosen colour
- Decorative cachepot
- Care card with watering schedule
Care
Three ice cubes per week. After the bloom drops, cut the spike at the second node — it usually re-blooms within four months.
