Cascade bouquets demand more from the flowers and the florist — heavier blooms at the head, trailing ivy and jasmine at the base. We start with a 30-minute consultation, agree on a palette, and the bouquet is built the night before with that morning's market flowers.

Care
Misted and refrigerated overnight. Hand it to the bride 30 minutes before the ceremony — out of water that long is fine, longer isn't.
